Golden Pen Award for Authors

1. Award Overview

The Golden Pen Award honors exceptional chapter-based stories and recognizes authors who consistently capture readers’ attention. The selected winner receives a $10,000 prize based on creativity, storytelling quality, and audience engagement.

2. Story Requirements

Stories must be published online in serialized form and contain at least 5 chapters. Entries should range from 1,000,000 to 5,000,000 words and provide substantial, engaging content for readers.

3. Reader Engagement

Reader response plays an important role in the award selection. Eligible stories should reach at least 1,000 readers and receive 10,000 or more votes from registered users. Strong audience interaction can improve a story’s chances of being selected.

4. Judging Criteria

A team of three judges will review each entry for writing quality, originality, and audience response. Public voting accounts for 40% of the final score, helping ensure a fair and balanced result.

5. Submission Deadline and Final Voting

Entries must be submitted by March 31, 2026. After submissions close, judging and public voting will begin. The final winner will be announced in January and honored with the Golden Pen Award.
